The Chinese Exclusion Act of 1882 bans and sets a quota system for the 1st time on a specific Immigrant Race. It legally Excluded the Chinese from citizenship. It was not revised in 1952 with the McCarran-Walter Act that proclaimed communist prevention. WHAT DOES THAT MEAN TODAY? Immigration is not to discriminate and ban a race.
